These terms apply when you browse this site, buy from us as a retail customer, or order through a trade account. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

Indo Fab is a trading name of [registered business name], [registered address], Punjab, India. GSTIN [GSTIN]. Contact: [email] · [phone]. We are a manufacturer and the seller of the goods on this site; we do not list goods from third-party sellers.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Trade accounts are for registered businesses only (see section 8).

3. Our cloth

• Our fabrics, dupattas and embellished pieces are woven, dyed and finished by hand or on small-batch looms. Slight variations in weave, colour, print placement and embellishment are a feature of the craft, not a defect.
• We show true colour as closely as we can, but screens differ. Colour can also vary slightly between dye lots.
• Measurements and GSM are given in good faith, within a normal tolerance of [±3%].
• Some drape and model visuals are AI-generated to show how a design falls and catches light. Real product photographs are shown alongside, and they are what you will receive. See AI & API use.
• Stock counts shown are real. When a dye lot is gone, it may not be repeated.

4. Prices and payment

• Retail prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken by our payment partner at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders, cancellation and delivery

• You can cancel a retail order free of charge until it has been dispatched.
• Fabric sold by the metre is cut to your order. Once cut, it can only be cancelled or returned if it is defective or not as described.
• We ship within India in [3-5] working days after confirmation and share tracking by email or WhatsApp. Delivery times from couriers are estimates.
• Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if it is damaged.

6. Returns and refunds

• Unused, unwashed and unaltered dupattas and embellished pieces can be returned within [7] days of delivery, with tags and original packaging.
• Cut fabric, altered or stitched items, and sale items marked final cannot be returned unless defective or not as described.
• If an item is defective or not as described, we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within [7] working days of us receiving and checking the return.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and photos of the item.

7. Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account, including orders placed by apps or AI agents you have authorised (see section 10). Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.

8. Trade accounts

• Trade accounts are for retailers, boutiques, designers and other businesses buying to resell or manufacture. We approve applications at our discretion and may ask for GSTIN and business proof.
• Trade prices, minimum order quantities and payment terms are those shown in your trade account or agreed with you in writing. Trade prices are usually exclusive of GST.
• Trade prices and the trade catalogue are confidential. Do not share, publish or scrape them.
• Wholesale orders placed by design code (on the site or WhatsApp) are confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation or a proforma invoice.
• Returns on trade orders are accepted only for defects reported within [7] days of delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• We may suspend a trade account for non-payment, misuse of pricing, or breach of these terms.

9. Our designs and content

Our designs, design codes, photographs, videos, text and the Indo Fab name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell copies of our designs, or reuse our imagery, without written permission. This includes using them to train AI models or to generate look-alike designs.

10. Apps, bots and AI agents

You may use an AI assistant or app to browse our catalogue or shop for you, within the rules on our AI & API use page. Orders placed by an agent you authorised are treated as placed by you. Automated access outside those rules, such as bulk scraping, bypassing limits or accessing trade data without a trade account, is not allowed.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve a complaint with you first; you can write to our Grievance Officer, [name, email, phone], who will acknowledge it within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. Subject to your rights to approach a consumer commission, the courts at[city], Punjab have jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
